Business hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays. Complaint deadlines below run from receipt and are not extended by these business hours.

Consumer complaints and privacy concerns

Send your complaint to forgeyantra@gmail.com with your order or reservation reference, the issue and the remedy you seek. Use “Consumer complaint” or “Privacy request” in the subject to help route it.

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours of receipt and redress them within one month. Keep your email record or signed-in enquiry reference for follow-up. If you have not received a response, reply to the original thread and request escalation.

Independent consumer assistance

You may contact the Government of India’s National Consumer Helpline at 1915, or approach a competent consumer commission. This option does not depend on having an account with us.
