Shipping Policy

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or confirmation of a cash-on-delivery order. Delivery is normally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier. Business days exclude public holidays. A product-specific schedule communicated with your order takes precedence.

These in-stock estimates do not apply to preorder reservations. A reservation is not an order for immediate shipment; review the separate progress and estimated dispatch information before reserving.

The delivery charge depends on the PIN code and chosen payment method. Checkout shows the shipping charge and final total before you place the order. Wait for the quote to finish; an estimated total with shipping pending is not the final payable amount. No additional fee may be imposed without disclosure and your agreement.

After dispatch, tracking information is available through your account or Track order. Please provide accurate delivery and contact details and tell us promptly if they need correction.

If tracking shows a problem, the package arrives damaged, or delivery misses the stated schedule, contact forgeyantra@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and discuss cancellation, refund or another appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy. Applicable legal remedies are preserved; the late-delivery requirement is subject to the statutory force-majeure exception.
