Terms & Conditions

Account holders and purchasers must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. A parent or guardian should use their own account to purchase for a child and supervise safe use. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. The total payable, applicable discounts and shipping charge are shown before you place the order. A payment attempt or saved order with payment pending is not confirmation that payment succeeded. Review the status in My orders and contact support about errors or duplicate payments.

Cancellation, return eligibility, shipping costs and refund methods are set out in the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy. Shipping estimates are described in the Shipping Policy.

Our kits are intended for DIY, educational and hobbyist use. That description is not a certification or an exemption from applicable product-safety requirements. Follow the instructions and listed power requirements. Stop using damaged batteries or components; prevent short circuits, keep small parts away from young children, and supervise assembly and soldering.

Any specific manufacturer or additional commercial warranty will be identified with the product. Do not assume an unlisted warranty duration or suitability for medical, industrial or safety-critical use. Claims for original defects, missing parts or misdescription are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Misuse-related damage is assessed on its facts; assembly alone does not cancel statutory remedies.

The reservation fee and launch discount are shown separately. The fee is not credited against the later product price. The final product requires a separate purchase; shipping is quoted at that checkout. Prototype descriptions, progress and dispatch estimates may change. When no date is announced, there is no confirmed dispatch date.

The launch code becomes usable after activation. No expiry is currently advertised for new reservations; contact support if a code cannot be used. Review the reservation cancellation and refund terms before paying. A material change does not require you to proceed with the purchase.

Wallet credit can be spent only on ForgeYantra purchases where wallet payment is offered. It is not transferable, does not earn interest and cannot be withdrawn as cash through the wallet. Checkout supports a wallet contribution with the remainder paid using an available external payment method, including eligible COD orders.

Welcome and referral rewards are conditional promotional credits, not guaranteed cash earnings. Eligibility, daily limits and reversals are described on Refer & earn. Cancelled orders automatically credit confirmed paid amounts to the wallet as described in our Refund Policy, which also explains how to request an original-payment refund; restrictions on promotional credit do not remove your refund rights.

ForgeYantra branding and original materials belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party names, software, designs and components remain subject to their owners’ rights and any accompanying licences, including open-source licences. Do not copy material beyond the permission or licence that applies.

We may restrict misuse or fraudulent activity, subject to applicable law and legitimate customer entitlements. Contact forgeyantra@gmail.com about orders, account problems or complaints. Indian law applies, and nothing here prevents you from approaching the competent consumer commission or another authority with jurisdiction.
