Privacy Policy

We use the name, email and password information supplied at signup to operate and secure your account. Phone numbers are optional at signup and required where needed for delivery. Addresses, cart contents, order items, payment references and order history are used to fulfil purchases, prevent duplicate transactions, handle returns and maintain business records. Passwords are stored as hashes, not readable passwords.

Wallet and referral records include balances, transactions, reward eligibility, referral relationships and reversals. Support enquiries include your account details, message, any linked order and our replies. Do not include card details, passwords, OTPs or UPI PINs in an enquiry.

We use Razorpay for online payments, Shiprocket and the selected courier for delivery, Resend for service emails, and hosting, database and file-storage providers to operate the site. The production application is hosted through AIC Cloud. Some pages request fonts from Google; your browser sends connection information needed to deliver those fonts. Providers receive information needed for their function; delivery requires contact and address information, while payment handling occurs through the payment provider.

We store payment status and transaction references, rather than complete card numbers, card security codes or UPI PINs. A separately arranged COD refund may require limited bank or UPI information; share it only through the verified support process. Provider processing and locations are governed by their applicable arrangements and notices; some processing may occur outside India. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to address fraud and enforce legitimate rights.

Essential cookies and browser storage support sign-in, cart and session functions and save preferences. Optional daily counters measure product views, cart additions, checkout visits, order submissions and empty search results. The counters do not store names, account IDs, visitor identifiers, search text or IP addresses. Hosting and security systems may separately process connection information. Do Not Track and the preference below stop these optional browser events.

If you use our AI assistant, your question and up to six recent messages are sent to Google’s AI service with public product information to generate a reply. Do not enter personal information or credentials. The app does not save these chat transcripts in its database; the conversation remains in the page while open. Google processes submitted data under its applicable AI API terms. Choosing a support enquiry sends the enquiry text and account details to our team; it does not automatically attach your AI conversation.

Account, payment, order and security messages are used to provide the service. Optional launch announcements and support email updates have separate preferences; signing up or accepting purchase terms does not enrol you in optional marketing. You can change available preferences in your profile or enquiry, or contact us to stop non-essential communications.

We keep information for the purposes for which it is needed, including account operation, fulfilment, refunds, fraud prevention and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Retention differs by record type; closing an account does not require deletion of records that must lawfully be retained. Contact us for the retention position that applies to your records.

To request access, correction, account closure, deletion or withdrawal of an optional permission, email forgeyantra@gmail.com or choose the privacy topic in support. We may need proportionate identity verification before releasing or changing information. We will explain any legal retention restriction or effect on a requested service. These are request channels, not a claim that every record is erased automatically.

Account creation and purchasing are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Parents and guardians should purchase through their own accounts. If a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

For a privacy complaint, use our complaint channel. Consumer complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and redressed within one month. We will update this notice as practices or applicable requirements change.
