Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your FORGEYantra kit. Please review the conditions below.

Damaged or defective items

If your kit arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and your order ID. We'll arrange a replacement or refund of the affected item.

Missing items

If any component is missing from your kit, report it within 48 hours and we'll ship the missing part at no cost.

Refund eligibility

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Unused kits in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery; return shipping for non-defective items is borne by the customer.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene, individual electronic components that have been used, soldered, assembled, or physically altered are not returnable. Downloadable manuals and digital content are non-refundable.
